Store-owner completion notice: The fields above are intentionally blank and must be completed by the actual
store owner/operator before publication. The owner/operator is responsible for entering accurate legal, tax,
food-safety, contact and registration information and for obtaining professional legal/tax advice where required.
These templates are not a substitute for advice from an advocate, CA, CS, FSSAI professional or other qualified
adviser.

1. Accepted payment methods
The website may accept payment methods enabled by the operator, such as UPI, cards, net banking,
wallets or other payment-provider methods. The actual payment options shown at checkout will govern.

2. Payment processing
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment gateway or acquiring institution. The store may
receive transaction status, order reference, payment reference and settlement information but should
not request or store full card credentials or UPI PINs.

3. Failed or pending payments
If payment is shown as failed, pending or uncertain, customers should not repeatedly retry if this could
create duplicate charges. The customer should check the order status and contact support with the
transaction reference.

4. Duplicate payments
Where a customer is charged more than once for the same order and the duplicate charge is confirmed,
the store will investigate and arrange reversal/refund through the applicable payment channel, subject to

provider processing timelines.

5. Refunds
Approved refunds may be initiated through the original payment channel where possible.
Bank/payment-provider timelines are outside the store’s direct control.

6. Fraud prevention
The operator may cancel or hold an order where payment or ordering activity reasonably indicates fraud,
abuse, chargeback manipulation or security risk, subject to applicable law.

7. Taxes and invoices
Where applicable, the operator will issue invoices/receipts containing the information required for the

transaction and applicable tax rules.

8. Payment disputes
Customers should first contact the store with the order and transaction reference. Customers may also
use the applicable dispute process of the payment provider, bank or UPI/payment system where
available.

Legal/compliance note: The operator must also comply with the contractual rules of its selected payment

gateway/acquirer and applicable RBI, banking, tax and consumer requirements.
